Musicians rider expense

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this…
For an events organiser putting on festivals, would a musicians rider expense be tax deductible? Or is it just classed as client entertainment and therefore not allowable?

    If the clients are from the UK the tax is NOT deductible, however if the clients are from overseas then the tax would be deductible.
