Hi,
Was wondering why repairs to a new non -current asset were non allowable yet replacing windows, ie improving them unnecessarily were not?
My 1st intuition notes even say in BOLD Repaired allowed, improved capital and disallowed.
Does anyone have any idea? I'm distance learning, self study, no tutor to ask!
Any help appreciated.
