    Hi AAT Team,

    Thank you for the warm welcome. Unfortunately, my joy of passing L3 Bookkeeping has turned to misery as I failed MATS L3 by 1% so had to do a resit. Misery has struck as I had an issue with questions 5 & 6 not appearing for me to answer. I am having to chase up my exam centre to put in a technical report to acknowledge the issue and the valuable time I lost and the deadline is Monday for them to complete this. After a simple search on Google this seem to be a known issue so I await my result feeling miserable for a further 3 weeks before I can go onto level 4. :'(:'(:'(

    @DRTHOMAS So close with your MATS result! Have you spoken to our customer support team? If you haven't already, they may be able to advise your further on logging the technical report via the assessment venue.

    @DRTHOMAS That happened to me as well. I couldn’t access task 5 or 6 either on my first attempt. I did get a 2% rise in my mark but it wasn’t enough. Then I passed with 81.
