Licence conversion from Licensed Bookkeeper to Licensed Accountant (Level 4)

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently passed AAT Level 4 and I am now a MAAT member.
I already hold an AAT Bookkeeping Practice Licence and would like to convert this to a Licensed Accountant so that I can provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 services.

I contacted AAT and was advised that I need to submit a licence conversion form. However, when I checked the website, the only form I could find is:

https://www.aat.org.uk/system/files/assets/aat-licensed-member-business-details-form.pdf

Before submitting anything, I want to make sure I am completing the correct form for converting from Licensed Bookkeeper to Licensed Accountant.

I’ve contacted AAT by phone as well, but unfortunately the advisor couldn’t clarify and I was told I’d receive a call back, which hasn’t happened yet.

Could anyone please confirm:

Whether this is the correct form for licence conversion, or

If there is a separate Licensed Accountant conversion form, and where to find it?

Any guidance from those who’ve recently gone through this process would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
