Continuity of practice arrangement sought

Hi everyone,
I’m looking to put a formal continuity of practice arrangement in place for my accountancy practice and wondered whether any fellow AAT licensed members would be open to discussing this.
I run a small practice based in West Scotland, providing services mainly to small businesses, sole traders, directors and limited companies. Services include accounts preparation, corporation tax, self-assessment, VAT, bookkeeping and payroll.
The arrangement would only be triggered in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, incapacity, death or inability to practise. The purpose would be to protect clients by ensuring urgent deadlines can be identified, clients can be contacted, and work can either be continued temporarily or transferred appropriately.
Ideally, I’m looking for another practising accountant or firm with broadly comparable services and procedures.
Is anyone would be open to a conversation?
Many thanks,
Adam
