We are promoters, talent agents and show producers, based in Manchester. Staging shows up and down the UK, at festivals, and internationally. And we really need help keeping on top of our bookkeeping, invoicing and general financial administration.
Looking for a part time Financial Assistant, 3 days per week, office based here in Manchester.

Gag Reflex is a Manchester-based comedy talent agency and production company, founded in 2007 out of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. We represent a roster of touring comedy and entertainment artists, and work across live touring, commercial engagements, and production. We're a small, close-knit team (around eight of us) who care about doing right by the artists and clients we work with.
The Role
We're looking for a Financial Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the agency. You'll keep our books accurate and up to date, help process artist and tour income, and give the wider team reliable, timely financial information. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of finance but also likes the variety and pace of the live entertainment industry.
Reporting to: Director
Hours: Part-time — 3 days per week (24 hours total)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £18,000 gross per annum (Negotiable for right candidate)
