Please help (quick!)

How do I work out "average delay in completing an order in months?"<BR><BR>We haven't done this but it's on the Dec 2003 paper. I'm worried that if it's in the new standards it might crop up tomorrow morning. I've done loads of past papers & feel prepared apart from that.<BR><BR>Please help!<BR><BR>Thanks in advance

    Ok do not panic it goes like this total sales volume - sales orders filled difference then is divided by sales orders filled x 12 <BR><BR>So December paper is<BR><BR>390000 sales orders - 360000 sales orders filled = 30000 unfilled orders for the year<BR>then take the 30000 unfilled orderes divided by 360000 x 12= 1 month
