    I would expect a series of periods with forecast sales in task 1. Then a number of production and material purchase budgets and labour hours and cost.<BR>This may then be followed by a constraint that will restrict one of the key production inputs eg skilled labour time, so that you need to rework the production and ultimately the sales budgets.<BR><BR>In task 2 I'd expect a fixed budget and actual results statement where you'll need to calculate the flexed budget<BR>You need to know something about time series, but I'd not expect a big forecasting question<BR>2.2 can have a number of small tasks. Perhaps exchange rates might appear<BR><BR>I hope this helps, please treat these tips with a health warning and make sure you have a full understanding of the syllabus<BR><BR>Sandy
