Marking scheme for ECR

After reading everybody's answer on this forum, I now have a pretty fair idea of what I got right and what I got wrong. So now I'm panicing.

Does anybody know how many marks each question was worth or how the examiners mark the paper? I know that you need 65% in each section. I'd feel a lot better if I could just try and figure out an estimation of whether I passed or failed, because I'm never going to last until Feb!

I think you need to be competent in both sections to pass (so i am guessing that you need 65% in each section) what answers did you get?

Bhavi

Well I know I got the wages journal wrong. I credited wages control and debited the other 3. I apportioned the glazing centres costs instead of allocating (don't know what I was thinking!) so the rest of those answers will be wrong but hopefully they will give me some marks for carrying the mistake through. For the question about what happens if your budgeted activity increases, I can't remember exactly what I put but it wasn't anything like the other answers I've been reading on here! I'm quite confident about section 2. I checked my answers against what people had posted on Monday night but can't remember now sorry.

Well, I'm pretty sure the glazing costs thing wont cause you too much of a problem because, as you said, you used the same answers throughout the rest of the section, so I wouldn't worry about that. The journal - well I know I got that wrong too so I'm trying to stay positive about that. I can't remember much about the third bit that you mentioned...
