After the nightmare that was the PEV exam, I know a lot of people have contacted the AAT to complain and put forward their concerns.

I e-mailed the AAT the day after the exam (30th Nov) and still haven't heard back from them. Just wondered, has anybody heard anything back yet? If so, what have you been told?
What usually happens when you make a complaint about a exam paper is that this is passed onto the assessors and after all the exams have been marked the examiners will report on how the questions have been answered and respond to any comments by students. This is how it happened when I complained about a AAT intermediate exam back in June. If you have made a complain you will likely to get a copy of the feedback a week before the results are announced. So dont expect anything from the AAT until early February.

I was really fed up about the PEV exam myself and have convised myself I have failed. Question 2.2 was the worst example of how to make it hard for students to pass and I am hoping that the AAT will be fair in their marking.0 -

A message was posted on this forum back at the beginning of December advising people to email their PEV complaint to: Paul.Bowen@AAT.ORG.UK

Like many, I did this and later received a reply explaining that my feedback would form part of the feedback which is collated for consideration by the exam review panel (ERP). It was just nice to know that my complaint had been acknowledged.

Hope this helps.

Peter0
