    Hiya Beaky - <BR><BR>In a nutshell a positive reponse from an audit gives you piece of mind that your systems/ procedures offer a robust approach to managing risk. On the other hand, where your auditors offer no assurance things are pretty bleak and they don't like what they've seen.<BR><BR>An audit generally speaking will result in the auditor delivering an opinion on whatever it is they've reviewed. The opinion will consider weaknesses within the system, risks to the business, likelihood of fraudulant activity that sort of thing.<BR><BR>There's a couple of threads knocking around on audit - check them out too.<BR>Pete.
