Can anybody help me with the Technician management report?<BR><BR>I have put a report together but i have been told that i have included to much detail on the systems of the company, and the fault areas etc. But when marked i have been told that i need to put more detail about the company and the individual staff members.<BR><BR>Surely if this report was for the managers of the business they would know the detail behind the company and staff.<BR><BR>Can anyone advise what they have done or provide a copy of a report that i can look at?<BR><BR>My e-mail is tipper_chris@hotmail.com i would be grateful for any information that you can provide.<BR><BR>Cheers<BR><BR>Chris

    Managment Report

    I think this relates to the people management part of the unit. From what I gather some centres don't place too much emphasis on this part whereas others, mine included, do. I had a project mapped out but because I don't actually manage any people but was able to comment on how I would handle things my tutor wouldn't allow it so I am now doing the case study instead. I know when I have mentioned this on the site before this has been disregarded but I am aware that our external verifier is a stickler for detail and if the unit requires something then he requires evidence that it has been covered - perhaps you are in a similar situation. Haven't actually started mine yet but there are good guidelines on this site and BPP and Osborne also do books containing samples, further guidance, etc if you are able to borrow one.
