Can anybody help me with the Technician management report?<BR><BR>I have put a report together but i have been told that i have included to much detail on the systems of the company, and the fault areas etc. But when marked i have been told that i need to put more detail about the company and the individual staff members.<BR><BR>Surely if this report was for the managers of the business they would know the detail behind the company and staff.<BR><BR>Can anyone advise what they have done or provide a copy of a report that i can look at?<BR><BR>My e-mail is tipper_chris@hotmail.com i would be grateful for any information that you can provide.<BR><BR>Cheers<BR><BR>Chris

Chris, I'm currently at Intermediate level, but I've been looking at the MAS unit because I've just taken on a client and I can see the potential for the report.<BR><BR>In answer to your question, I've been dealing with top management for about twenty years and, without being cynical, I'm often surprised by how little they know about the grass roots workers and their everyday tasks. <BR><BR>But it's not just about that. Remeber that your assessor has to decide if you've really tackled the problem and solved it. That means that you have to give him/her enough details to understand the situation and to make that decision.<BR><BR>I hope it goes well for you.<BR><BR>Michael
