Devolved Assessment

I have my devolved assessment this week. Although I am okay with the Cash Flow Forecasts and the impact on debtors, Sales etc, I am not very good at memo writing and I don't want to waffle, any hints or tips on memo writing will be gratefully accepted.<BR><BR>Digits

    The only advice we were given about writing memo's is to remember the key points about each subject (for example, reasons to grant credit or not) and put them in your answer as short points, not necessarily bullet pointed, but remember you're going to get a mark for each decent point you make.<BR>You won't however get many marks if you write for ages but it's all about one point.<BR>On the last devolved assessment I did, I did a table for advantages and disadvantages of factoring out the sales ledger. The person marking it was very happy as it got the point across exactly as asked (if they ask for a certain number of points, a table is a useful tool).<BR>Hope this helps.
