    First of all, Why are you posting on Foundation??<BR><BR>The cost of employing staff is Gross Pay and Employers NHI<BR><BR>The Gross Pay is the nice looking top line.<BR>The Net Pay is the amount in your bank<BR>And the difference is the Tax Mans BIG lump he has taken. lol<BR><BR>Gross Pay<BR>Minus PAYE - Tax<BR>Minus NHI - Employees<BR>Minus any other deductions, pensions, CTAEO, westfield etc....<BR>Equals the Net Pay - Beer Money!!<BR><BR>Soz Katherine, I cant be serious with you, lol, is this the sort of answer you wanted or not??<BR><BR>Amanda
