Hi all in AAT land,<BR><BR>Just a quickie regarding PCB, what do I put in the following?<BR><BR>Interim Balance c/d<BR><BR>End of day balance c/d<BR><BR>Interim Balance b/d<BR><BR>End of day balance b/d<BR><BR>I have one entry in the left which is: 22 Sept Balance b/d 80.88<BR><BR>I need to add two entries on the right for:<BR><BR>23 Sept 6.99<BR>23 Sept 15.99<BR><BR>I also need to ensure that the total matches what is in the tin £57.90<BR><BR>I am doing the course via FTC and this is the practice simulation question and the PCB looks nothing like I have found in the books I have.<BR><BR>So any help greatly appreciated<BR><BR>Thanks<BR><BR>Nick

    Nick <BR>I had this problem and i agree with what you said about it looking like nothing in the text book .<BR>I got it all wrong when i did it , but they sent me the correct answers and i havent got it with me but from what i can remember you have to take in to account that you need to balance the petty cash back upto £300<BR>so you need to enter another cheque from the bank for about i think £242 to bring the balance back upto £300<BR>sorry if it all sounds a bit vague , its just that i havent got the simulation with me and i am just thinking off the top of my head !!!<BR>also for the real simulation ( i did it yeasterday ) if you end up doing the same one , you need to remmber how to enter the wages totals to the main ledger , eg debits or credits for the gross pay , ni , tax etc <BR>it tells you in the simulation ( practice ) but it doesnt tell you in the real thing <BR>I am doing it all through the FTC as well <BR>Hope it helps <BR><BR>Lemon Muffin
