Hi,<BR><BR>Currently writing up my portfolio - and come across a bit of a brick wall.<BR><BR>I started putting my evidence in the performance criterea - put what do I do for the range, and knowlege and understanding, they seem to be asking for the same thing, but in a different way! I'm confused!<BR><BR>Help???<BR><BR>Mark.

    Hiya Mark,<BR><BR>You need to demonstrate that you understand each element of the PC, K&U etc... but you can cross reference the same piece(s) of evidence to different areas if you feel it meets more than 1 requirement.<BR><BR><BR><BR>
