I am half way through technician Level , took some time out- family and now work full time. I completed PTC, BTC and cash management under the old sulybus/standards. Because of the change instandards I will now have to re-take PTC/BTC and cash management. and complete DFS and units 8&9 - costing. Please advise the best way to do it. I take it you can not transfer what you have already done - Anyone out there in the same position as me!! PLease help with option/choises option, I dont really want to do Audit.

I was told to redo the PTC & BTC then DFS and the two costing papers.

Please help , advise needed .

Regards

Sakina

Hi

Have you contacted the AAT about this? There is an article on here (click here) that explains transition arramgements for people who have completed part of a level under the old standards and have transferred to the new standards. You should be able to do a top up excerise to bring your old cash management devloved assessment up to the new standards. Since only 2 options are now required at technician, you then only need to do one of the remaining PTC, BTC or IAP. Although you say you dont want to do audit, BTC and PTC are now exams and so the taking of them is not so flexible.

Hope this helps

Neil0 -
