I think foundation on its own is worth nothing.

Foundation is 7 units long, inter is 3 units long, so why take a year to do inter?

Try studying home study and you can make the course as short as you want.

Also why do you want to do a short course?

Amanda

I dont know much about how long courses are etc etc, I have personal commitments net year and dont want to commit to a another full years course.but would like another qualification in the accounts field maybe payroll? I have heard that intermiediate is tough and dont feel next year would be suitable year fro me to be able to commit to the course

Im finding intermediate easy and doing this via home study.

The payroll is about the same length of study! Do you know anything about payroll? If not I wouldnt suggest doing it as I would have thought it would be quite difficult. There is alot of rules and regs for payroll to stick to. I work in payroll and I know other collegues struggle with the simple things in payroll.

With Home study you can take as long or as little as you like. I took 4 months off for foundation as my mum was really ill and then I moved home.

What ever you decide, good luck and we are always here to help you.

Amanda
