Hi<BR>I was wondering if anyone could tell me what notice I need to give while on probation. My contract says that the company can fire me with one weeks notice but says nothing about leaving. It says once a successful probationary period is complete, I have to give a months notice but I'm only a couple of months in and have still got another 4 months left on my probation. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Francky<BR><BR>Notice tends to be the same for the company and the employee, so I would say that as the company can terminate employment with 1 weeks notice you can give the same time notice to leave.<BR><BR>Also most probationary notice tends to be 1 week on both sides.<BR><BR>Hope this helps!<BR><BR>Em
