Sage Line 50 - e-banking module

Has anyone come across the duplication of the contents of the export file from sage e-banking module.<BR> <BR>Having paid my suppliers and cleared my purchase ledger. I then exported the file to BACS only to discover later that the payments had been duplicated. The duplication did not affect any totals within sage but had a nasty effect on the bank balance.<BR><BR>If this has happened to anyone else how did you stop it happening again.
