hievery one <BR>could any one please explain what house style is <BR>and what kinds of communication would you expect the sales ledger section of an accounts<BR>department ti have huose styles (not including invoices and other forms)and in what way<BR>will the imformation in the house style for credit notes vary from that of invoices<BR> thanks jewels

    Hi there<BR><BR>House style relates to your companies corporate identity, ie your company logo being present on all of the paperwork that leaves your premises, so that other companies can see at a glance where the documents have come from.<BR><BR>The sales ledger could have a statement with the company logo etc on it, and credit notes are usually red (be it a red border round them, or red typing etc).<BR><BR>Tracy
