    Hi<BR><BR>Each element will have a crieteria of things you have to show that you can do, the range statement will say what areas of work the performance must cover. For example, if an element's performance covers issues relating to budgets, the range statement will say what sort of budgets you need to cover, if the performace relates to costs the range statement will say what sort of costings must be covered.<BR><BR>Neil
