Project Hand in?

Hi Everyone,<BR><BR><BR>What time we have to hand our project in this month? because I have been told to hand it in by the end of this month, but then , my tutor suddley changed the time and say it has to be in by this Friday, So, please let me know what time the project have to be in? Does it matter if it delays one or two days?<BR><BR>If only the project outstanding in technical level,, does it mean can't get the cerificate on time? What about if want to study CIMA or anything esle? DO they need to look at my project to get any exemptions??

    It sounds like the deadline this week is imposed by your tutor - a bit unfair if you thought you had longer. However, the sooner the better for you, because if they delay marking it your certificate will also be delayed - you only get this when all units are completed including exams, skills tests and project. Cima will definitely want the certificate to exempt you, but I don't know about the other bodies whether any of them grant exemptions without all units passed. The other factor is - it has to satisfy the criteria to pass, so if you can't physically finish it by Friday then there's no point handing it in really. Normally if you haven't met a deadline your tutor would be within their rights to delay marking to, but this would seem very unfair if the date has changed last minute. Hope it works out - maybe give your tutor a ring to clarify?

    Thank you so much for the advices, have anyone actually failed the project or anything like that? quite worried about this!

    What should happen is that if your project doesn't quite meet the criteria when your tutor looks at it, it should be given back for you to make changes. So it isn't really a question of "failing" just it might take a bit longer. But don't worry, I'm sure it'll be fine.

    Project Hand in?

    Hi<BR>The project is to be handed in at the end of this month, but probably your tutor wants to ensure that your is done and dusted by Friday which is not a bad idea i guess. I am also struggling to finish by next week. All the best anyway.
