This is what I used:<BR><BR>Association of Accounting Technicians<BR>154 Clerkenwell Road<BR>London<BR>EC1R 5AD<BR><BR><BR>Date<BR><BR><BR>To Whom it May Concern<BR><BR>I have read *student name* report and can confirm that the details relating to the accounting practice in operation are accurate.<BR><BR>I can confirm that the recommendations made and the writing of the report was all *student name* own work.<BR><BR>The recommendations have not been implemented in our organisation for the reasons noted in the report /The recommendations have been implemented in our organisation.<BR><BR>Yours faithfully<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>*Employer*<BR>*Job Title*<BR>
