Could anyone give me any information on using FTC as a course provider and the Foulks Lynch books. I am doing my last unit at Technician next autumn, I am unable to complete the unit at the moment due to family commitments etc, so I am going to sign up with the above provider, that is if any of you good people could tell me what they and the books are like, (I have previously used BPP) as it is expensive compared to college. I know their pass rate was higher that the AAT rate published in the last magazine at the centre I will attend. <BR><BR>All comments gratefully received.

    Have you considered using Premier Training ? I highly recommend them. They use Osbourne Books which are extremely well laid out and full of examples that help to explain the key points.

    <BR>I used to be with BPP but their admin is so rubbish we switched to FTC.<BR><BR>I do day release courses and they appear to have staffing problems (we had a different teacher for every day of one course!) but their textbooks are great.<BR><BR>I always thought BPP's were in far too much depth and made even the easiest subject difficult. FTC books are far clearer and they still cover everything you need. They also have loads of questions in the back.

    I have just been on a revision course at FTC and it was brilliant, a real insight. I would definately go there again

    I use Premier training with Folks Lynch books. Premier are Fantastic but I have noted several errors inthe FL books though. I think this is why they now use osborne books like the other student mentioned<BR><BR>I go on BPP revision courses as Premier is to far away, but would never change my college from them as they are so helpful.<BR><BR>I am hoping to pass my last two technician exams in June & went on a CIMA introduction day in April. the FTC were there trying to recruit CIMA students. They seemed ok, but nothing compared to Premier!!!!!!!<BR><BR>Good luck (and I am not on a sales comission from Premier by the way!!) just a happy student who is more than satisfied with their service-and they are cheaper!!!!!!
