Me again,<BR><BR>can any one advise me as to what proceedures could be put in place to keep tabs on office equipment, in particular the computer gear?<BR><BR>many many thanks

    Fixed Asset register!<BR><BR>

    <BR>And you can number each item on the register and then go round sticking numbers on all the equipment!<BR><BR>Then when the auditors come round, you don't spend ages wondering which computer is which!
