Which Units to choose?

I'm deciding which units to do when i start the Technician stage in September.<BR><BR>Has anyone picked the Business Tax with either Credit Control or auditing, or is it best to do the both the Business and Personal Tax together?

    it is up to you which units to take. sometimes your place of work states which one you need to take.<BR>business and personal are both central exams, auditing and cash flow are sims.<BR><BR>business tax and personal tax have a lot of similarities in them so if you wanted to do them its useful having done the other.<BR><BR>i did persoanl tax in december and am taking business tax ( very soon!!!) and i have found it easier that some in my class because of doing personal tax<BR><BR>sorry can not be any more help to you. it really is a choice of which you need to take.

    I did personal and business tax as well as cash and credit management. The credit management module was so easy compared to the two tax options but the tax options were more useful, especially if you are going on to ACCA.<BR><BR>Annette

    Which Units to choose?

    My college choose the units so I did not have a say in the matter, which to be honest was one less worry. <BR><BR>I did cash management and credit control as a skill test which I passed with no referrals and found it good for enhancing my practical shills at work and now over see the companies credit control. I also found personal tax very useful as I am now more confident in helping friends and family with their tax returns etc.<BR><BR>I did not find either of these units particularly demanding which is good as it has left some space for the immense amount of work that I have had to do and am still doing for the fast approaching DFS paper!<BR><BR>The best advise that I can give would be to do the units that you think you will find the most interesting as then they will be less hard work.

    Which Units to choose?

    I took the Personal Tax and Credit Control. My college only runs business tax if you have already completed personal tax. It is easier to do business tax if you have already completed the personal tax as they have simmilar style and concepts. The best thing to do is the topics that relate most to your working environment as you can relate them to everyday work.<BR><BR>Good luck
