Finally think I have all variances sussed, even, dare I say, backwards variances don't seem too bad now.<BR><BR>Anyone have any tips when the scenario is not manufacturing but a service industry? I really come off the rails when it's not production and confuse all the data. Completed the Econair past paper okay but have done a couple of others out of the book, a hospital theatre and a ferry company and managed to mess it all up. Is there any easy way of remembering how to equate the service data to a production environment. I think the Econair task did this for you which is how I managed it okay.<BR><BR>
