Just out of interest - what percentage do you need to pass the foundation exam? I'm pretty confident but have heard that it might not be as scary as I think it's going to be!! Does anybody know?<BR><BR>Sadi

    <BR>Without wanting to scare you, you have to prove you are fully competent in each section - and that means attempting every question.<BR><BR>We were told to aim for 85%

    I don't want to tempt fate, but we were told that if you get your trial balance to balance, then you will pass, so i presume there's more marks for the 1st section, though i'm sure you would have to be prove to be fairly competent in the 2nd section also.<BR>Pob lwc - Good luck...

    What are my chances!!!

    Hi we were told today that it varies on how hard or easy the actual paper is and that they look at the average pass rate ie: if it's 70% they may set the mark at 68%. It varies from year to year , but you have to show competence in all aspects.
