I do not expect costs of quality to be tested in June 2005
TQM requires an understanding of continuous improvement and of getting products (and processes) right first time

So dont know what to revise

I know ratios will appear

Any advice??

Thanks

Dan

Expect benchmark data of some sort for comparison with ratios you can find from the company or department in the question

And go beyond financial comparisons

Try to think in terms of things the people in the business will understand
On Saturday I ran a revision day when we considered a tyre replacement outlet. After looking at the standard ratios eg ROCE we thought about the sorts of things that would appeal to the manager and staff in somewhere like Kwik Fit. So time to change a tyre was one that we thought might make sense, and would probably suit a work force that will be watching Formula 1 tyre changes etc
