can somebody please confirm to me the difference between net profit and operating profit.<BR><BR>

    it's just that in osborne books net profit is classed as operating profit less interest, then looking at past papers net profit is the same as operating profit, so thanks for your answers, I think the examiner and yourselves are right!!
