Anxiety has been replaced by fear which has now made me totally insane. At this point in time if you ask me my name then I'd have to phone a friend.

Sitting PEV, DFS and PCR this week. Don't think my nerves can take much more?

I'm hoping and praying for a fair paper with clear questions that are not ambigious and can be read in different directions.

I'm also hoping that I can manage to get through the exam without needing a wee or a cup of coffee. I don't think they allow flasks in the exam hall and don't think the floor walkers will be happy for an order of "that will be 52 teas and 24 coffees, please" - by the way mines black, 2 sugars.

Anybody else out there at the end of their tether.

Terrified!!!
I've got PEV, DFS and PCR too!!!

At this stage the best anyone can do is to be calm, read each question twice and make sure you understand what the question is asking before answering.
Show all of your workings and dont rush your answers.
If you get in a muddle, put your pen down and try to clear your head for 30 secs - 1min and try again.
I think its the only way to get the best from yourself on the day.

Good luck everyone

Paul0 -

Terrified!!!
I think we are all feeling terrified.

I am sitting BTC and DFS. I am also sitting PEV for the second time. I just hope they go easy on us. I am finished if I get these 3. so fingers crossed.

I think the best thing is to try and remain as calm as possible, even if fear is setting in. Get a good nights sleep and just try to stay focused.

I was told that a good tip to help you remain clam is to take some tissue in with lavender oil on. If panic sets in and you have a mind block. Take a break and smell the tissue, it will help relax you so you can continue on.

Good luck everyone... Hears to us all passing, and being able to have a nice chilled summer.
0 -
