    certainly not seen them on previous exams and I don't recall studying them in class. I'm stuffed if that comes up!!

    Morning All<BR><BR>I have never heard of them before and in the Guidance notes on this site, it says:<BR><BR>Students will not be expected to deal with:<BR>â?¢ More than 3 partners<BR>â?¢ Admission and retirement of partners in one scenario<BR>â?¢ Revaluation of fixed assets<BR>â?¢ Formation of a partnership from a sole trader<BR>â?¢ Dissolution of a partnership<BR>â?¢ Introduction of capital in any form other than cash paid to bank<BR>â?¢ Retirement of a partner with settlement in any form other than cash or loan<BR>â?¢ Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP)<BR><BR>Hope this helps

    sorry guys - didnt mean to worry you!! It is when a company is dissolved. We have covered it in my college - not to worry - prob dont need it!!<BR>Good luck all<BR>T
