What happend to the consolidated P&L or balance sheets. My tutors said that these are always in here and all we had to do was the goodwill. Associate companies completly messed up. Those ratios were quite cruel too as in past papers they have never used Earnings per share or Gearing. Very nasty and i will be back in December to try again!!!

    I tptally agree. I could have done the consolidation in my sleep. Section 2 was really tough too, I was alright on gearing but messed up on Earnings and got myself really tied up in knots with the report.<BR><BR>From reading all the comments so far, I think weve all resigned ourselves to a Dec resit. Hopefully not, bu enjoy the summer

    Dont worry to much about the exam if alot of people found it hard thats a good thing because the pass mark will be lowered!I think thats how i passed mine in december.
