hello <BR><BR>I did the exam of Tuesday, what did you guys answer for the question on computer data loss & how to prevent it ? I answered the question but wasnt sure of the correct answer.

    Hi<BR><BR>I said I would use external back up facilities such as zip disc or a<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">rive to store data onto on a regular basis, and would password protect the pc so that only authorised personnel could access certain information, therefore minimising the risks of it being sabotaged.<BR><BR>Tracy
