I have done the disposal question wrong i think....<BR><BR>I did:<BR><BR>DR<BR>Disposal

i think i did include it in the p&l....but not in the journal.......ohhh nooo....we didnt have to do a journal did we?0 -

I don't think you had to do a specific journal as the Dr Bal on the disposals £2,000 and the Cr Bal on the disposals of £976 = an overall Dr of £1,024 which would then be listed as a expense on the p&l0 -

I think i got<BR><BR>Dr disposal - £2000<BR>Cr disposal - £976<BR>Dr accum dep'd - £976<BR>Cr cost - £2000<BR><BR>I think there would normally be a further 2 enteries, but there were no sale proceeds!<BR><BR>With regards to the loss on disposal, i don't think i included that! not sure now, my tb balanced.<BR><BR>To late to do anything now, be nice if we could go back and correct things.<BR><BR>Shelley.0 -
