    In fact I was lucky because I was reading them today morning using BPP passcard I will tell you some of them:<BR><BR>1- Managers should know the organisation objectives.<BR><BR>2- Managers must have the skill to achieve the target<BR><BR>3- Managers should feel that the budget is achievable and must try to achieve it.<BR><BR>............<BR><BR>good luck

    Thnak you<BR><BR>I did put <BR><BR>The target had to be achievable<BR><BR>Improved performance would mean increased production and there would need to be a demand in the market for extra production<BR><BR>There would need to be room for improvement on staff performance to implement PPL (ie if they were already performing well, then there is no point in introducing PPL)<BR><BR>Procedures would need to be in place to montor performance, to ensure staff are rewarded on good performance<BR><BR>Does that sound right<BR><BR>Good luck too!!

    Requirements for PLP question (PCR) 2.2

    Some how logically as you can see the demand is 420000 "as only one company purchasing from us" but the actual results was 380000 only, so they need the PPL to perform better.<BR><BR>your answer is logically sound right.
