Today is the day I have sooo waited for, Exams are over - THANK GOD!
Files and books are stored away and now I am left with a pigsty of a house, piles of ironing and a disgruntled husband and daughter, friends and family whom I have neglected for the past 3months!
I never thought I'd hear myself saying I'll miss the ironing, cleaning etc but having being a study hermit for ages, normality will be a blessing. I have the TV remote ready and the TV mag organised so I can happily sit and be a couch potato with a large bottle of wine.
Well done to everyone... who many have been through as much toil as me after reading all the comments on the forum and here's hoping all the hard work will pay off on results day (If not, resits cant come soon enough.)
I hope my celebrations which may be ongoing til August.. will not be too premature ?

Elaine
Elaine

My house, ironing etc is same. With 3 boys (4 inc husband) stuff has piled up. I have joined you with the wine!!

I will celebrate again even if I fail all 4 as I feel proud of myself that I sat there and tried!
The ironing can wait-theres a hot weekend coming up and I dont have to revise so its sitting in the garden with alcohol that seems very appealing! lol0 -

<<I will celebrate again even if I fail all 4 as I feel proud of myself that I sat there and tried!>>

I feel the same way. I gave it my best shot & I couldn't have tried any harder or done anything more.
If I pass, then brilliant, but if I fail, well I did my best. I don't feel like I wasted anything (like when I was at school 100 years ago)
It has been an experience!!! plus I got to meet loads of good people.
Taking AAT has been the best thing I have done for a long time.

I am starting to feel a bit lost already now it's over0 -

This all sounds quite familiar to me too! Did a pile of ironing yesterday afternoon the size of mount Everest, hoovering dusting and cleaning the bathroom today, with a bit of luck we'll be able to see the carpet again and not be in danger of contracting any serious illnesses from the germs in my bathroom and kitchen! Kids are sick of oven chips and salad!

Intention then is to sit with my feet up for two weeks watching Wimbledon every afternoon. Unfortunately I haven't completed my project yet and still got portfolio to do but it all seems insignificant after the exams this week.

PEV was a shocker and I shall be surprised if I've passed section 2 because I had so little time after spending too long on section 1. DFS i thought was ok, long but nothing I didn't know how to do (with the exception of the question on Associates).

Good luck to you all and hope you get the results you want

0
