acca exemptions

Im trying to work out next years technician units (fingers crosse3d no intermediate resists) Im pretty sure i was told that to gain exemption from the first section of the ACCA i need to complete ALL the techcian units tax and audit does anyone know if this is right? i tried looking it up on both websites and found nothing, my college only offers the neccesary units on its part time course so it could end up taking me a year and a half instead of a year unless i do some extra units homestudy...<BR><BR>ahh decisions decisions

    Evening<BR><BR>If you go to "Career Progression" there are links there to various websites. I have already looked at CIMA and foiund that when/if I complete next year, I am exempt from 5 units on CIMA<BR><BR>My college does the technician level as evening classes but do it over 4 terms but I think it's worth the extra time - because of the exemptions<BR>

    You only need to pass technician to get exemptions from the first stage of ACCA. It doesn't matter which units you do although tax and/or auditing does give you an advantage. I did 3 of the optional papers but it made no difference to the amount of exemptions that you get.<BR><BR>Annette
