Portfolio - what's left to do?

Just realised thereâ??s some stuff I need to do for the portfolio. A friend of mine from college said thereâ??s something about a witness list and index of evidence. Does anyone know about this and what we need to do?

    Portfolio - what's left to do?

    Witness list is to be signed by you, your tutor and internal varifier and is on page 79 of the student record.<BR><BR>Index of evidence is i think the content sheet where you number all the pages in the portfolio and have all page's number with discription in the content sheet just like in a book which has content pages where a particular thing is.<BR><BR>Hope this will help<BR><BR>Arjun
