help needed with unit 23 please

hi <BR>i have yet to finish unit 23 and need to hand it in v soon could any body tell me, or let me know where to find it,<BR>companies act - why is it important for employees to take care when preparing accounting info? eg what may happen if payroll, vat and tax returns are late or incorrect?<BR>please help i have been driving myself crazy over this<BR>thx<BR>stephie

    Companie act 1985 can be found on the following website, it details the running of a business and the wound up etc.<BR><BR>www.dti.gov.uk

    If Inland Revenue payments are late, they will charge a penalty.<BR>This is usually 100 pounds per month for each item which is late.<BR><BR>
