Hi Tracy, any ideas what do for "ensure documentation is stores securely and in line with the orgnisations confidentiality requirements."? its weird because it goes straight from reconciling control accounts to this. Isnt it a completely different subject?<BR><BR>Chris.

    Hi Chris<BR><BR>My college set Q&A's for these questions, but basically you could type up a personal statement to the effect that your company only allows authorised personnel to access sensitive material, that passwords are required to gain access to the computers, and that these passwords are not divulged to others and are changed regularly for security purposes.<BR><BR>You could also say material is locked away in filing cabinets with the keys being kept with managers etc. I'm assuming your company follows these procedures and probably many more, so if you can think of anything else relevant to your position along these lines, then add that as well. <BR><BR>Hope this helps!<BR><BR>Tracy<BR><BR>ps, we also had a security assignment for working with computers which I cross-referenced to this unit, have you anything in a works handbook you could photocopy and include to this effect??
