For those students who downloaded my previous article. There was en error in the cash flow statement (task 1.6) even though the overall cash increase did not change. The profit on the sale of fixed assets should have been deducted from the operating profit, not added on as I previously did. I have adjusted my answer so you may wish to download the edited version.<BR><BR>Sorry about that but when I did the answer the first time, my cash flow did not balance by £804 (being 2 x £402). It balanced when I added the profit on the sale of the asset back, but I couldn't understand why because you should deduct the profit. The other side went to the Capital Expenditure section of the cash flow.<BR><BR>Once again, apologies. I bet you picked up on it anyway.<BR><BR>Regards<BR>Steve
