Background Knowledge questions - please help

Hi there<BR><BR>I am nearly finished my project, just have to answer a couple of questions, can anyone help;<BR><BR>1. Explain the principles of supervision and delegation<BR><BR>2. Explain how to influence your manager or supervisor<BR><BR>3. How are accounting policies updated<BR><BR>I would be grateful for any help with these, boss isnt really much help at all and dont have my project book with me<BR><BR>Many thanks<BR>Geri

    Background Knowledge questions - please help

    Hi,<BR><BR>When I did my project I was advised that on some areas you will not necessarily be able to fulfill all of the AAT's requirements and to include them in the appendices.<BR><BR>1 & 2 - I went onto the web and searched for Supervision, Delegation and how to influence the manager and then just wrote a brief statement on how and why I could not insert this is the main body of the report, this way it proves that you have the knowledge and understanding without physically using them.<BR><BR>3 - For this depending on what you are doing your report on is there any way of showing letters or other correspondance from the person who is updating them stating that the policies have been updated?<BR><BR>If you can give me more information on your report I may be able to help further but generally if you can through it somewhere in the appendices then you have cracked it.
