Unit 10 project - Confidentiality

I have read somewhere that the project has to cover company confidentiality requirements. what does this cover ?, what carnt i comment on ?. in the project i want to mention performance over a few years and also customers - is this allowed or will i breaching the rules. please advice me as i dont want to make such a mistake.<BR>thanks<BR>

    Before I used any of my firms financial figures in my report I gained permission from Senior Managment. I pit a comment in my report explaining how I went about ensuring confidentiality was met - this seemed to suffice as it passed!<BR><BR>My advice - spk to managment, explain what you're doing, who will see your report and what figures and information you wish to use and gain their authorisation.<BR><BR>Helen<BR>

    Hi<BR><BR>I've just submitted my project and as it was based on purchase prices from suppliers, I just changed the actual names to say 'Supplier 1', Supplier 2 etc and changed all the prices to a blanket figure so no-one could work out who we bought from or how much we paid. I put a footnote in the report saying what I'd done and why.<BR><BR>My manager was perfectly happy with this.<BR><BR>Oh, and I blanked out email adresses and phone numbers too.<BR><BR>Hope this helps<BR><BR>Good Luck ! :-)
