3 at once!

It's a personal choice. why not go for it - i don't think it's uucommon.

The worst that can happen is that you fail some and then have to resit....I sat three once and just had to resit one....

Good luck

    Dear Pen,

I think it depends on how much time you have to devote to it, and also how determined and motivated you are! I struggled just doing PEV and PCR (which is pretty lame, I admit it!) but the majority of people on my revision course wre also taking DFS and seemd to be coping, and some were even taking both tax exams as well!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So it can be done, but before taking them on, I would ask yourself:

a) How time will you have to devote to it, without killing yourself with stress and worry in the process?
b) How important is it that you pass AAT as soon as possible? Or can you afford to give it another 6 months or a year?

Best of luck with whatever you decide -

A
x

    3 at once!

Just did exactly that the week of June 13th. It was tough, there's no denying. Just hope I've passed them all. Will find out next Tuesday. For me DFS and PEV were the toughest. I spent hours and hours on them and then only had 1.5 days for PCR. Funny, I still found PCR the easiest in the actual exams. Well I guess the results will tell whether I took on too much and whether I should have spent more time on PCR.
As others have said here, its really how you feel. But it also depends on what's going on in the rest of your life. Your life does stop and studying for three exams does take over for at least the month before the exams.
I also think it depends on how much of a hurry you are to qualify as an Accounts Technician. Personally I think the Technician stage should take 18 months as there's so much to do. I think Foundation could be done in 6 months, Intermediate in 12 months and Technician in 18 months. That way the whole course would still take 3 years but the amount of work per level would be relevant to the amount of time it'd take to do each year.
Anyway I waffle. just think of a) how much of a hurry are you to qualify b) what else do you have going on in your life
hope this helps
