Hi-Can anyone help me.<BR><BR>I am trying to write my project plan but not sure what I have to put in it. Do I just describe what system inprovements I want to make, not sure. Please help<BR><BR>Thanks<BR>Dawn

    Why not order the Osbourne Book for unit 10 from the Library. Also my tutor has sent loads of infor regarding performance criteria and knowlege and understanding. I worked from this.<BR><BR>Hope this helps
