Hello,

I've made some enquiries about doing Intermediate (just waiting for my employer to say yes they will pay ! ) and some training centres (Premier Training) have sent me a admission quiz whereas others have said because I work as an Accs Clerk and have done for nearly a year and have done some background work, I dont need to sit a quiz.

Just wondered if anyone has found this ? And if they went straight into Intermediate with Premier Training without doing the quiz ?

Cheers

Katherine

Admission Test
The Quiz is simliar to the Skills test on this AAT site.

Its just to ensure you wont struggle at level 3.

If its easy to do - then level 3 is the place to start.

I would have thought you have to know double entry before you can do Level 3.

I am an accounts clerk, but i didnt know how to do manual double entry.

Amanda0 -
Admission Test
I think with all the training schools, they need to do some sort of quiz or assessment to cover themselves and to ensure that you are up to the course. ( I am sure you are) It's probably some sort of proviso laid down by the AAT, that they need to comply with.

Cheers

Anne0 -
