For units 1 & 2 i m stuck on questions 13 and 14. <BR><BR>13. The terms as to description, quality and fitness implied into the sales of goods by the sale of goods act 1979 can be excluded if the buyer is not a consumer, provided the exclusion is reasonable. True or false? Explain your answer. <BR><BR>14. Which implied term can never be excluded?<BR><BR>For unit 3 i m stuck on question 8:<BR><BR>8. Settlement discount is deducted on the face of the invoice when computing the total amount to be paid. True or False? Five reasons for your answer. <BR><BR>Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    those questions are the best worded !!<BR><BR>8. settlement discount is taken after the trade discount and then VAT put on top on the invoice ! and im not sure for the first 1
